Writing for season 3 of the ABC series Revenge is currently underway and one photo uploaded by a series writer hinted at details for an upcoming episode.

A member of the show's writing team, who goes under the Twitter user name Karterhol, uploaded a photo on July 5 with a caption telling viewers that writers are hard at work on episode 5 of the show's third season airing in the fall. The picture shows a paper of "Whiteboard notes" for Revenge dated July 2, 2013.

The angle of the photo does not show the full text written under the header and only one word can be seen. The page of notes lying on a laptop begins with the word "Surprise." See the image below.

The same Revenge writer on July 6 revealed details about the writing process for the show. One Twitter user asked if the entire season is written out before production begins or just the first half of the season. The series writer replied, "We're trying to get ahead. We'll probably have 5 written by the time we start shooting. But we've plotted way more! ;) "

Recently uploaded production photos show Christa Brittany Allen (who plays Charlotte Grayson) between takes and on the beach with Conor Paolo (Declan Porter) and Gabriel Mann (Nolan Ross). The cast, including Josh Bowman (Daniel Grayson) and Nick Wechsler (Jack Porter), went out on July 6 to celebrate Paolo's 23rd birthday, Barry Sloane (Aiden Mathis) tweeted.

Filming for season 3 begins on July 15, Mann revealed in a Twitter post. A photo uploaded on June 22 of a different "Whiteboard notes" sheet revealed a "Nolan storyline" for episode 304. Season 3 of Revenge will have its premiere episode feature a jump since the previous season with episode 1 of the ABC drama reportedly titled Fear.
