FX's hit TV series Sons of Anarchy continues to generate a slew of buzz over its upcoming sixth season. While the latest installment won't be its last, the popular program is indeed heading toward the end of its run, as Season 7 is expected to be its last.

Actor Charlie Hunnam, who dons the role of SAMCRO president Jax Teller, recently interviewed with host Chris Hardwick on his Nerdist podcast.

Although the creative banter between the two addressed his a lot to do with his upcoming flick Pacific Rim, he still managed to address Sons, and its inevitable eventual end.

"We've lived with all these guys for so long, [and even longer] for Kurt ... I know how he deeply mourns all of the characters we lose. I know it was really hard on him to lose Opie, and he deeply mourned the loss of that character," he said.

Sons of Anarchy will be kicking off Season 6 on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 10/9 p.m. Central on the FX network. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest details on the program. A recent video of the cast doing a sit-down discussion at the Paley Center can be viewed below.
