Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo partied way in early fall but have since rekindled their romance and are now engaged, his rep confirmed to People magazine.

The 34-year-old The Voice judge and the 24-year-old Namibian Victoria's Secret model began dating in 2012 shortly after Levine split from VS model Anne Vyalitsyna in April of that year. Levine was also previously linked to 21-year-old model Nina Agdal.

"Adam Levine and his girlfriend Behati Prinsloo are excited to announce they are engaged to be married," the rep told the magazine exclusively on Tuesday. "The couple recently reunited and Adam proposed this weekend in Los Angeles."

An insider close to the couple told Us Weekly"He realized he really does love her and she was the one. They are in love." Asked about marriage during an interview with Oprah Winfrey on Oprah's Next Chapter in June, Levine admitted that he would like to walk down the altar "at some point."

"I want to probably be married at some point," the Maroon 5 lead singer said. "I don't feel pressure to get married. I think that when it's time, it's going to be obvious and I'm going to do it and I'm going to really enjoy it."

"I'm a fan of marriage," he added. "People think that I keep pooh-poohing marriage, but I love it."

It will be the first marriage for both the model and the singer. Levine and Maroon 5 performed at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2011, which Prinsloo walked in.
