Amanda Bynes' recent bizarre behavior reached its apex on Monday when she allegedly set fire to a California woman's driveway and was placed under involuntary psychiatric care, according to TMZ

The fire department arrived at the Thousand Oaks, Calif. home around 9 p.m. on Monday after they learned of the small blaze in the driveway. "Do you know anyone by the name of Amanda Bynes, or why she would have some vendetta against you?" the woman said the police asked her.
