Prince Harry is seeping in the excitement of his new nephew Prince George and wants to throw huge party to celebrate thye newborn.

The 28-year-old free-spirited Royal uncle reportedly got Prince William and Kate Middleton's blessing to host a party for Baby Cambridge to honor his arrival.

"Harry is all over this," a source told The Sun newspaper. "He has had calls made already and William has agreed to it. Kate is fine -- it's tradition.

The source added that Harry is over-the-top about having a nephew.

"He's ecstatic to be an uncle and so proud."

Enstars reported earlier that Harry met Prince George for the first time last Wednesday, two days after he was born and promised that the two would have fun when they are together.

On Thursday, Harry told reporters at the opening of "The Sentebale: Stories of Hope" exhibition that he met the newborn at Kensington Palace, where the baby was "crying his eyes out, like all babies."

"It's fantastic to have an addition to the family," he said. "I only hope my brother knows how expensive my babysitting charges are!"

He explained that his job as an uncle is "to make sure he has a good upbringing, to keep him out of harm's way and make sure he has fun. The rest of it I leave to the parents."

The royal parents debuted the little boy, whose full name is George Alexander Louis outside of St. Mary's hospital Tuesday and gushed about him.

"He's got a good pair of lungs. That's for sure," William told the crowd. "He's a big boy. He's quite heavy."

Middleton said it had been an "emotional" time for her, adding that "it's a moment that any parent having just given birth will know what this feeling feels like."

While Prince George's full name drew much speculation as to the inspiration n behind it, palace officials stated that they simply liked the name, "no more, no less."
