Fashion Police co-host Kelly Osbourne wants to make clear that she is getting married simply because she loves her finace. 

The bride-to-be explained that things aren't any different with her finace Matthew Mosshart after confirming their engagement earlier this month, Us Weekly reported Aug. 2. 

"It's more just confirming what I already knew," Osbourne reportedly told Us Weekly at a LEAP Foundation Scholarship Program event in L.A. last weekend, about the custom Tiffany ring on her finger.

"People don't really understand that I'm not getting married for attention. They don't get that," the star continued. "I'm actually getting married because I love my future husband, so when everybody's like, 'What are you doing? And who are you wearing? And where is it going to be?' I'm like, 'I don't know. You care more about it than I do!'"

The fashionista added, "I'm just happy I'm getting married."

Osbourne's sweetheart is a vegan baker and reportedly proposed to the TV personality on a balcony over the ocean in Anguilla on New Year's Day. The couple didn't announce the engagement until the design of Osbourne's custom ring was finalized. 

"I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore when I was little," Osbourne recently said, according to Us Weekly. . "I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say, 'I want a ring like that.' Now I have one!"

Rumors were swirling that the couple will be having a summer wedding in 2014, but the star has not confirmed any wedding plans yet.
