In one of the most pathetic displays of overreacting ever, Rudy Giuliani might just take the prize.

While campaigning at a ShopRite Supermarket in Staten Island for his son Andrew's gubernatorial run in New York on Sunday. He was coming out of the restroom when he was approached by several supporters. That's when a worker at the store slapped Rudy on the back, according to Rita Rugova-Johnson, a witness who told The New York Post:

"I was shoulder-to-shoulder with Rudy inside ShopRite. We're talking, and all of a sudden an employee came out of nowhere and open-handedly slapped him in the back and said, 'Hey, what's up, scumbag?'"

Rudy gave his side of the story:

"And he says, 'You, you're one of the people that's gonna kill women. You're gonna kill women. You and your f-king friend are gonna kill women.' Then he starts yelling out all kinds of, just curses, and every once in a while, he puts in that woman thing. 'You guys think you're saving babies, but you're gonna kill women.'"

The incident comes just two days after the overturning of Roe Vs. Wade by The Supreme Court. Giuliani filed charges against the worker who was arrested. While on Curtis Silwa's 77 WABC radio show, Rudy said the slap felt like "somebody shot me." He added,

"Luckily, I'm a 78-year-old who is in pretty good shape. If I wasn't, I would have hit the ground and probably cracked my skull."

What makes this so laughable is the surveillance footage of the event which clearly shows the accused slapping Rudy on the back but never once did he look as though he was about to fall. Yes, physical contact was a bit much and not condonable, but jeez Rudy, this reaction is just pathetic. If you'd like to see what real assault looks like, how about this video of Full House star Jodie Sweetin being pushed down a hill by police during a women's right's protest over the weekend.

Enstarz dosen't condone any form violence against anyone.
