Ivana Trump's last photo emerged days after the confirmation of her death.

The world was shocked after the former president of the US, Donald Trump, posted a message on his Truth Social account that his ex-wife died at her New York City Home.

But before her death, she had her last photo taken on July 4 (obtained by Radar Online) during her outing at 75 Main. Her picture at the place, which is known for its Italian fare and electric lounge scene, shows that the former first lady looked frail as she sat beside the owner, Zach Erdem.

Erdem also sat down for an interview with The New York Post, which was later quoted by The Daily Beast, in which he revealed that Trump had not been feeling well for weeks leading to her death.

He noted that she had also been unable to get out of her house because of her health issues, including the mobility problem caused by a separate issue with her hip.

"There was something going on with her hip, she couldn't walk. She said she wasn't feeling well ... She said she was having pain in her leg. ... She couldn't get out of her house," he went on.

The 75 Main owner reportedly urged Trump to consult a doctor during their last conversation. However, she told him that she hated going to doctors as she felt she would get sicker if she did so,

Ivana Trump's Cause of Death Confirmed

Initial reports quoted the New York City Fire Department's paramedics, saying they responded to a call about a woman who suffered a cardiac arrest on Thursday, at 12:30 p.m. local time.

They immediately went to the building where she lived. Trump was found unconscious and unresponsive at the bottom of the stairs of her apartment.

A few days later, a senior New York City official from the New York City's Office of the Chief Medical Examiner said that her death was a result of blunt impact injuries to her torso. CNBC added that they considered a fall on the stairs that caused the injury.

Trump's death was also considered an accident and not suspicious.

"Having released this determination, OCME will not comment further on the investigation," the spokesperson said.

Meanwhile, another news outlet noted that her son, Eric, told the media after walking out of the Manhattan home that it was a very sad day for the family.
