"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Diana Jenkins reportedly plans to send out a series of subpoenas to the Instagram owner, Meta, in light of cyberbullying claims against her.

The reality star was accused by fans of instigating an attack of bots toward "RHOBH" co-star Garcelle Beauvais' son, Jax. The bots had flooded the reality star's son with "racist" and "hurtful" comments, due to the controversial feud between Garcelle Beauvais and Lisa Rinna. Wading in on the issue, fans have grown the issue out of proportion by throwing insults at the reality star's children.

According to Radar, the 49 year old philanthropist has recently gone back to court, seeking approval of a civil lawsuit and sending out subpoenas to Meta to gain more information on the attack.

"Diana's lawyer listed a series of 14 Instagram accounts involved in leaving the messages. Her attorney asked for the court to sign off on the subpoenas to META, the owner of Instagram." Radar reports.

Lawsuit Against Online Bots?

In the lawsuit obtained by Radar, the reality star will sue the currently anonymous defendants for "invasion of privacy by false light".

According to the filed suit: "It is wrong to send racist and bullying messages to a fourteen-year-old boy. It is wrong to deceive the public into believing an innocent woman is responsible for sending these messages. And it is wrong to mastermind this hateful campaign in anonymity."

Jenkins' Statement on Cyberbullying Claims

In a past Instagram post, the reality star had posted her public statement on the controversy surrounding the cyberbullying of "RHOBH" co-star Garcelle Beauvais' son.

Dismissing the cyberbullying allegations against her, Jenkins called out the fans of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" for spreading hate and below-the-belt comments regarding the issue.
