Meghan Markle's son, Prince Archie, has an expensive Christmas wish after being inspired to take up a new hobby.

In a November Q&A session following a special screening of Netflix's short film "The After," Markle shared an adorable revelation about her and Prince Harry's 4-year-old son.

The Duchess of Sussex disclosed that Archie has developed an interest in photography, influenced by renowned photographer Misan Harriman.

During the chat, which took place at a private residence in the Sussexes' neighborhood of Montecito, California, Markle expressed gratitude to Harriman for inspiring Archie's newfound passion, which has led to the toddler asking for a pricey handcrafted camera.

"Misan was showing him how to do photography the last time he was with us, and I bought Archie a camera, and he said, 'But it's not a Leica like Misan,'" Markle shared with a laugh.

She playfully mentioned denying Archie a Leica, saying, "You are not getting a Leica! Not even for Christmas."

It seems that Prince Archie is set to continue a family tradition. Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Harry's late grandmother, had an interest in photography, often capturing moments with her Leica camera.

Moreover, Archie shares this hobby with his aunt, Kate Middleton, who is often behind birthday portraits of her three children -- Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis -- and has received acclaim for her photography skills.

Royal photographer Arthur Edwards previously praised Princess Kate's work, particularly highlighting a candid 2020 shot of Prince William and their children on a swing.

"I'm a great admirer of Kate's photography, she's grasped it very quickly," Edwards told People.

Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently unveiled their 2023 holiday card, featuring a photo from the Invictus Games closing ceremony in Düsseldorf, Germany, earlier this year.

Notably, the card did not include images of Prince Archie or his sister, Princess Lilibet.

Alongside the photo, Markle and Prince Harry shared heartfelt holiday greetings and reflected on their philanthropic efforts throughout the year.

Last year's Christmas card featured a photo of the couple from the Robert F. Kennedy Ripple of Hope Award Gala in New York City, where they received an award.

Meanwhile, Lili's face was revealed to the public for the first time in the Sussexes' 2021 holiday card.
