In a report obtained by TMZ, Will Smith was hit with a speeding ticket on Friday morning on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.

Smith, 55, was reportedly driving 63 mph in a 45 mph zone.

The roadway, known to be a treacherous zone, had numerous warnings with dangers that exist should drivers exceed the limit. Smith reportedly drove past them all, showing no regard for the cautionary signs.

Authorities seemed to have deemed this particular area a zero tolerance zone for speeding. The "I Am Legend" actor sped past a sign that read, "58 killed since 2010."

Police have stopped drivers doing over 110 mph in the area, admitting speeding has become a huge problem. The twists and turns make for dangerous travel.

According to the media outlet, authorities are cracking down on "speed demons" no matter who it is. Last October, four students lost their lives when a 22-year-old driving a BMW crashed while pushing the pedal to 104 mph.
