Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith are taking the allegations made by an ex-associate about the latter being intimate with Duana Martin very seriously.

Pinkett Smith appeared on Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club" Thursday, and host Charlamagne asked her about the rumors in her memoir "Worthy," specifically in the "No Soccer Mom" chapter where she addressed the claims about her and Smith being gay or swingers. That's when the claim made by a former associate, Brother Bilal, alleging her husband had a sexual relationship with Martin was brought up.

The host asked the "Girls Trip" actress how it felt to have "those same rumors out about people you love like Will and Duane."

"Let me just say this, it's ridiculous, right? And it's nonsense. And this is a person that tried a shakedown, a money shakedown that didn't work," Pinkett Smith said.

"We're going to take legal action. Because it's one thing to have your opinion about somebody, versus just making up salacious, malicious stories. So that's actionable, we're going to roll with that."

TMZ photographer also came across the "Red Table Talk" host and asked the latter about the rumor involving her husband. The actress shared the same response, telling the paparazzo, "We suin!"

Brother Bilal made the allegations against Smith in an interview with "Unwine With Tasha K" Wednesday. He claimed that he walked into a room with Martin and Will engaged in a sexual activity.

The bombshell led some netizens to conclude that Smith is gay. "I should've known will smith was gay when he decided to bitch slap Chris Rock instead of punching him," one tweeted. "Will Smith coming out as gay will actually save his reputation and explain why he put up with that B.S with that bubblehead Jada," another wrote.

One also shared a clip of Smith seemingly enjoying a shoulder massage from another man while saying, "Only a man knows what a man needs," with Pinkett Smith sitting behind him shaking her head while the people around them laugh. Enstarz could not verify the authenticity of the video.

Meanwhile, another user claimed that "Brother Bilal is telling a half-truth" because he allegedly had a falling out with the "Enemy of the State" actor and used what he knew against Smith to "essentially get him back."

"Everybody in Will's circle knew, and it wasn't a big gag at all. There was a point when the women in their lives also knew. It's never been a secret. It was, however, the thing Jada used to have control over her marriage. She used that very thing to control Will," the same user added.

In an interview with Hoda Kotb for NBC News in October, ahead of the release of Pinkett Smith's memoir, she clarified that she and Smith have lived "completely separate lives" since 2016. Although they didn't divorce on paper, Pinkett Smith confirmed that they lived as if they had divorced for seven years already.
