Aaron Taylor-Johnson received another seal of approval from another former James Bond actor.

Last week, Pierce Brosnan, the fifth actor to portray the role of the iconic secret agent in four Bond films from 1995 through 2002, appeared on RTE Radio 1's "The Ray D'Arcy Show."

During his guesting, a fan asked the 70-year-old actor his thoughts about the ongoing rumors that Taylor-Johnson could be the next 007.

"I think the man has the chops and the talent and the charisma to play Bond, very much so," Brosnan responded, per People.

He also recalled when he previously worked with the "Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging" actor in the 2009 film "The Greatest," alongside Carey Mulligan and Susan Sarandon.

"One of the first movies we made, one of the earliest movies, was 'The Greatest.' And he was the greatest in it," said the Irish actor-film producer.

In the film, Taylor-Johnson portrayed the role of Allen Brewer (Brosnan)'s teenage son, Bennett, who died in a car crash, leaving a girl pregnant with his child.

Continuing his thoughts on the 33-year-old actor's "possibilities of being a Bond," Brosnan added, "...I would definitely tip my hat to the fellow."

Speaking with Ray D'Arcy, Brosnan also left his "The Greatest" co-actor empowering and encouraging advice.

"Be bold. Go out there. Have a great time. Just love it. Just go for it. You can do it," he said.

A few days ago, former James Bond actor George Lazenby also gave his seal of approval to the "Kick-Ass" star amid rumors that he could be the next 007.

The James Bond of the 1969 film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" reportedly told TMZ that Taylor-Johnson could handle the stunts and the Bond ladies if he would take on the iconic secret agent role.

Aside from Brosnan and Lazenby, other stars who previously portrayed James Bond were Sean Connery, David Niven, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton and Daniel Craig.

If ever Taylor-Johnson gets officially announced as the next James Bond, he will be the eighth actor to portray the iconic role.
