As law and military enforcement across New York City continues to increase, to the dismay of many New Yorkers, crime continues to increase as well.

The violent string of assaults have been documented via TikTok, with women across the city falling victim to what appears to be random attacks, involving men punching women in the head and in the face — often while the women are looking down at cell phones.

These attacks continue to take place in broad daylight, with dozens of attacks going unaddressed by law enforcement for over a week.

Even tech billionaire Elon Musk is frustrated with the repeated unjustified attacks, taking to his platform X, formally known as Twitter, to raise awareness about the crimes.

"Failure to prosecute crime in New York (and many other US cities) allows violent criminals to assault women at will!" He exclaimed. "The government had to call out the national guard just so people could ride the subway."

The TikTok clip starts with a young woman, walking alone, documenting the shocking instance of a strange man punching her in the face.

She is seen in the video exposing a massive knot on the right side of her face, saying "It hurts so bad, I can't even talk — literally I fell to the ground." In the next clip, an additional woman claims her assault happened while looking at her phone.

The Former 'Real Housewives of New York' star Bethenny Frankel has also fallen victim to the city's punching epidemic, sharing a quote in a screenshot obtained by Page Six, saying the same thing happened to her but she was "embarassed to say."

"I was on the UWS," Frankel, 53, started referring to her upper west side location. "Insane. I was taking video of a bakery," the NY native concluded.

The bizarre moment when a Brooklyn woman was assaulted was caught on camera, showing evidence of a stranger sucker-punching her in the face as she walked down the street.

Dulce Pichardo, 57, was on her way home when she was hit. Her teeth were knocked out, resulting in her having to wire her jaw shut, per the New York Post.

"He just punched me on the right side here, very strong," she told PIX 11. She added that her attacker never said a word.

"I don't want this happening again. I want New York to do something about this. They have to stop this. It's not fair," Pichardo concluded.

So far, Skiboky Stora, 40, has been arrested in connection with one of the unprovoked attacks, as NYPD cited his extensive criminal record.
