Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden was recently pictured shoe shopping — and vaping.

The Daily Mail spotted the First Son — who appeared in good spirits per the media outlet — laughing and joking with friends over coffee on a sunny afternoon in Malibu.

The son of the 46th president was seen being escorted by secret service agents toward his friend group including two male friends, who appear to be enjoying a shoe shopping spree. The media outlet alleges that the 54-year-old and his friends sipped their coffee for nearly an hour before heading to the shoe outlet Alma Mater Footwear.

Despite being involved in a web of legal troubles, Hunter was all smiles, puffing on what appears to be a black vape before breaking out into a coughing fit.

In August 2018, Hunter reportedly sped his Porsche 911 into Sin City for an encounter with multiple prostitutes, when he photographed himself smoking crack while behind the wheel.

In his book, "Beautiful Things: A Memoir," he detailed the struggles he faced battling drugs and alcohol addiction, revealing he had his first drink at 8 years old during a family event.

"I've bought crack cocaine on the streets of Washington, DC, and cooked up my own inside a hotel bungalow in Los Angeles," he wrote in his memoir.

On April 1, a federal judge in California rejected eight motions filed by the president's son to dismiss criminal tax charges against him. He reportedly owes the IRS $1.4M in taxes stemming from 2016 to 2019, per the outlet.

Additionally, the father of four was reportedly charged in Delaware for lying on a federal form in October 2018, when he allegedly swore he wasn't using or addicted to illegal drugs, before being accused of illegal gun possession.

Per the Daily Mail, the Justice Department says Hunter may face up to 17 years in prison for the tax charges and 25 years for gun charges if convicted.
