Miley Cyrus VMA Robin Thicke Performance VIDEO, Twitter & Facebook Disses by Fans

Many took to Facebook and Twitter Sunday night to criticize Miley Cyrus' performance at the 2013 Video Music Awards.

Cyrus marked her first ever VMA performance by going through a vibrant medley with Robin Thicke of their hits We Can't Stop, Blurred Lines and Give It 2 U. She took over the stage with massive teddy bears and booty dancers as she ripped through a rendition of We Can't Stop, which was nominated for three awards on Sunday night, Aug. 25.

She twerked through the performance and then stripped off her bear-emblazoned leotard for a nude-colored two piece to dance with Robin Thicke for a performance of the singer's Pharrell Williams-produced hit song Blurred Lines, which was nominated for Video of the Year. Thicke, in a black-and-white-striped suit, and Cyrus gave him an up close twerk show to the audience.

He then brought out rappers 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar for the remixed version of his new single Give It 2 U. Thicke surrounded himself with a booty-popping cheerleaders for his final winning-performance pose as 2 Chainz rocked in a black-and-white outfit.

When asked which VMA performance was the best, none of the celebrities Enstars spoke with chose Cyrus. Viewers took to Facebook to also discuss the distaste they had for her set. 

"Miley Cyrus's tongue scares me more than her twerking. Why is it constantly out? It's so awkward."

"Its not that Miley Cyrus's performance last night was outrageous, shocking, inappropriate, etc. It was just bad... Really. Bad." 

"What's up with the constant tongue sticking out, bear costumes and twirking? It feels awkward watching her. I don't get it."

"She went from being 'innocent' to this. Some people get lost in the fame for the worst."

"The whole performance made me sick. I'd be soooo embarrassed to watch this with my parents. I don't know how she can know that her parents are watching."

I thought it was awful!!! Daddy must be proud!!! NO
