Netflix's hit series, House of Cards is currently in the midst of filming its sophomore season, as the cast and crew have been seen at various locations across the Baltimore, MD area.

According to Variety, location manager Patrick Burn had several obstacles he had to deal with in terms of portraying Washington, D.C.

"I scouted all over D.C. to see what we needed, and then we created our own D.C. in Baltimore," he said.

With the popularity of the show continuing to rise, Burn admitted that loyalists of the series are always asking about Freddy's BBQ, a place that Majority Whip Francis Underwood (Kevin Spacey) always frequents on the program.

"People are always asking during production, when is the barbecue is going to open? Fans of the show drive around D.C. looking for the barbecue," he said.

Burn also said that a true indicator of his performance is whether or not viewers notice the specifics of the locations he chooses.

"If you're doing your job right, then no one pays attention," Burn added.
