Jessica Alba may look flawless on her magazine covers and on the red carpet but according to the actress, she has certain imperfections.

"I have cellulite and stretch marks and I have a muffin top," she told the U.K.'s Women's Health in August.

Despite her seemingly toned body, Alba also said she doesn't enjoy hitting the gym.

"I have a brutally short attention span," she said. "It means I'm useless at working out. I get so bored."

The actress also experienced many body changes after she gave birth to her daughter Honor Marie Warren in 2008.

"I can't ever get down to the weight I was before I had Honor," she told Allure magazine in 2011. "My body's just different. The jeans just sort of zip up differently, and things hang differently. It's a miracle what happens, but you definitely are different afterward."

The 32-year-old, however, is mindful of what she eats.

"I started cooking for myself at 12 because a lot of food my family ate was processed," she also told Women's Health. "I wanted fresh. I eliminated microwave foods, things with too much salt, and tried to eat more natural food, things that were cooked in a kitchen as opposed to a factory."

In order to share her own healthy tips with the world, Alba wrote The Honest Life in 2013. In the book, she discusses personal tips that help make one's healthy living "fun, real and stylish" and her advice accommodates any budget.

As a mother of two girl, her book is part of The Honest Company, which was established in 2012. Her organization aims to provide other mothers with trustworthy information and recommend safe products to benefit their everyday living.
