'Grand Theft Auto 5' Cheats: Upgrade Weapons for Free, Perform Free-Falling & Repair Damaged Car in PS3, Xbox 360 Games [VIDEO]
With the release of Grand Theft Auto 5, both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 users have discovered several new cheat codes.
One cheat code allows the user to do a free fall in the sky when suspended in the air. Xbox 360 users must quickly press LB, LT, RB, RT, Left, Right, Left, Right, LB, LT, RB, RT, Left, Right, Left, Right in sequence. PS3 users must quickly press L1, L2, R1, R2, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, L1, L2, R1, R2, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT in sequence.
After the sequence is completed, the user can use the appropriate Analog-stick to glide for an extended period of time. It is not possible, however, to activate the parachute while free-falling, meaning you will likely die when you hit the ground. In order to prevent death, the user should do a direct vertical faceplant.
It is also possible to upgrade all weapons for free. The user must go to the gun shop on an active mission and buy every upgrade for all available weapons, including grenades. Once this is completed, the user must use of the grenades to kill their character, causing the mission to fail. When the user starts a new mission, they will have all of their money back while still having all the upgrades purchased.
Users looking to quickly repair their damaged car can do so by switching to a new character and then immediately switching back. This causes the car to completely repair itself. It is also possible to repair the car for free by saving the game and then reloading the saved game.
