Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian's marriage woes continue to make headlines.

On Sunday night's episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, apparently taped this summer, the reality star opened up about her marital woes, revealing that, behind the scenes, she's been struggling for months.

Odom, 33, who came under fire this summer for drug issues and rumors of infidelity, is "a very depressed person," Kardashian revealed to the camera.

Only time will tell how the couple will deal with the recent scandals, but Dr. Jane Greer, who is a nationally renowned relationship expert, marriage and family therapist, is dishing her advice on how the couple can save their marriage.

"Whether a relationship is public or private, cheating is devastating. Even if these allegations aren't true, Khloe will still feel an excruciating betrayal, and there will be broken trust," Dr. Greer, who has not personally worked with the couple, told EnStars.

According to Dr. Greer, Kardashian and Odom need to "isolate themselves" from the spotlight and focus on their relationship.

"If they're really committed to saving their marriage, they need to face the reality of the situation. Whether Lamar cheated or not, the fact that there are allegations are a big problem," Dr. Greer said. "Khloe can't just ignore the issue this time. If she can't admit there's a problem, she is in serious denial. She needs to take whatever steps necessary to determine if the marriage is worth saving."

According to recent reports, the couple are living apart, and pals of the reality star say a split may be inevitable.

Dr. Greer advises the couple to seek couple's counseling immediately -- if they haven't already.

"For any couple, if you want to save your marriage, then you need support. Their marriage is in crisis -- so not seeking help would be like playing Russian roulette," Dr. Greer said.
