Cressida Bonas is now making headlines after reports indicated that Prince Harry would soon propose to her. But exactly, who is she?

According to Today.com, the 24-year-old Britain woman is an aristocratic socialite and model from a wealthy banking family. She graduated from Leeds University, where she studied dance. Her mother is Lady Mary-Gaye Curzon, the daughter of the 6th Earl Howe. Her father, businessman Jeffrey Bonas, the third of four men Curzon married and divorced.

Bonas first met Prince Harry back in May 2012 when Princess Eugenie introduced them to each other. Weeks later, the couple was seen publicly at the European premiere film, "The Dark Knight Rises."

When Harry left for a four-month military tour in Afghanistan, he reportedly kept in contact with Bonas, which apparently brought the two close.

In addition to only being linked to Harry, Bonas has a life of her own and is most recognized for her carefree style. She is likely to be photographed in casual clothes--dressed in denim overalls and long maxi gowns.

She often goes out of her way to avoid being snapped with Prince Harry by paparazzi.

"She was reluctant to play to the paparazzi," royal expert Robert Jobson, author of "The New Royal Family - Prince George, William and Kate, The Next Generation," told TODAY.com.

"She and Harry did not want to give them anything or make their relationship front page news," he said. "No posed pictures are harder to publish and shows they regarded the paparazzi intruding on their privacy."

Though recent reports have indicated that Prince Harry is ready to settle down like his older Prince Williams, Bonas reportedly expressed some concern that she is too young to be married.

"Cressida has been in floods of tears," one of her friends said.  "Harry is coming on very strong, but she is all over the place. She thinks she is far too young to get married and is scared by all his talk of marriage and settling down."
