Kelly Osbourne wants to put her recent feud with Lady Gaga to rest and she let the singer know via Twitter.

"@ladygaga I acted like a child last night. Just not into publicity stunts call me & we will end this like adults I don't want 2 fight anymore," she tweeted on Oct. 28.

Some of Osbourne's fans were happy with the apology and commented the tweet to let her know that they respect her actions. Others, however, accused Osbourne of being the one who wanted to partake in a publicity stunt. Gaga has yet to respond to Osbourne's apology.

The fight began after Gaga visited the U.K.'s X Factor set on Sunday and posed with Kelly's mother Sharon Osbourne while holding a birthday cake. The cake was in celebration of Kelly's 29th birthday.

"Not to be ungrateful but why would you send me a birthday cake via my MOTHER in a country half the would away? #JustSendItToME #LoveNotWar," Osbourne tweeted after the gesture.

She also posted the photo of the cake on her Instagram with the caption, "#EatMySh-t #Hypocrisy."

Some fans were upset with Osbourne's actions and commented the photo to express their opinion.

"Kelly I adore you, but idk I think you're being a little bit childish. Gaga clearly wants to stop this twitter war or whatever, you should prove you are mature and at least stop responding. Spread good vibes in instagram, not hate!!!" wrote one.

"I have liked you so much as a person ever since I discovered you. But this proves how rude you are. This has to be the b---hiest thing I've ever seen anybody do. Lady Gaga is genuine as f--k to you and you do this? No girl. No," wrote another.

The recent cattiness stemmed from previous hateful exchanges between the two. In 2009, Osbourne reportedly insulted Gaga's looks and called her a "butter face," a phrase which means a person isn't attractive.

Gaga later penned an open letter to Osbourne on her blog in which she wrote, "Your work on E! with the Fashion Police is rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people's beauty against one another."
