Craig Ferguson advised Jay Leno on how to go about doing his last show when he was a guest on The Tonight Show Nov. 14.

Leno asked his guest for suggestions of what to do on his last show, airing Feb. 6, 2014, before Jimmy Fallon takes over Tonight as its new host.

Ferguson had some ideas for Leno's farewell, urging him to behave like a punk rock star much in the style of a younger Ozzy Osbourne.

"I think you should trash the place, seriously, go nuts, I think you should break it up," he said.

He also asked Leno to bring some "rockers" on the show that night, while saying that he half-apologized ("no disrespect") to the show's house band. He added, "Smash the place up, set fire to it, maybe eat a bat, and then you should cuss and throw your mic down and just walk off."

This is not the first time Ferguson has urged Leno to rebel. When Leno was a guest on Ferguson's show in September, the latter comically insisted that Leno have a plan, "plot a revenge" and get a hold of "those guys at NBC" after he leaves his show.
