Justin Bieber released the full track list of his upcoming album "Believe". His latest album, out June 19, is set to include many well-known hip-hop artists, including Ludacris, Big Sean, Nicki Minaj and Drake. His song "Beauty and the Beat" will feature Nicki Minaj, with Ludacris lending his voice in "All Around the World".


Bieber rocked the 2012 Billboard Music Awards last night, performing his single "Boyfriend".  Dressed in white jeans, white gloves and a white vest, Bieber showed off his swag and his dance moves. He admitted to MTV that he had worked hard for his performance and couldn't wait to show it to fans.


He took home the first award last night, nabbing the award for "Top Social Artist". "I just want to say how much of a blessing it's been... the past three or four years, growing up in front of everybody," Bieber said. "I want to thank all my fans, because the Internet is where I got my start, and all my fans have helped me get to this position." He also thanked his manager Scooter Braun, Usher, his parents, and God.


Bieber was not only busy performing his latest single last night, but he brought a fan along on a date to the awards show after he was unable to make it to her prom.


Bieber invited Cady Eimer, a die-hard Bieber fan who had been campaigning for months to have Bieber by her side at her high school prom. However, because he couldn't make it, he sent a video message to her, inviting her to Las Vegas to join him at the awards.


Bieber said in the video message: "I know you wanted me to be at your prom, but I'm actually going to be at the Billboard Awards, but I'll have a car waiting for you so you can come to the Billboard Awards with me tomorrow... Cady, I love you thank you for your support and I can't wait for you and your sister to be my guests at the Billboard Awards."

Eimer, who was visibly elated at the invite, joined Bieber at the awards ceremony with her sister.  She later tweeted: "Justin Bieber... thank you so much for an amazing night! I had the time of my life... Not gonna lie, I'm sad today's over. It was so much fun."
