Is Taylor Swift dating another British heartthrob following her split from United Kingdom native Harry Styles?

Almost a year after breaking up with the One Direction singer, the 23-year-old has been spotted in North London with Romeo and Juliet's Douglas Booth, 21. 

"They hired the back room and were in there alone," a source told People of the duo's night spent at the bar The Holly Bush on Friday, Nov. 15. "They looked very happy [and] were just smiling and laughing just like any other customers." 

An eyewitness at the pub told The Sun the pair "looked very friendly," before adding, "They hired out a section of the pub out of sight, tucked away around the corner."

"A member of staff was sitting outside stopping customers from going near them," the onlooker added. "When they did come out they were laughing and joking. They seemed like they were getting on brilliantly - they seemed very close. They even went to the toilet together, so neither was alone at any time - separate toilets however. They were in the pub a few hours."

Swift and Booth may have met through her close friend Hailee Steinfeld, who starred opposite Booth in the latest installment of Shakespeare's classic love story about star-crossed lovers. The I Knew You Were Trouble singer attended the film's Los Angeles premiere in September and at the after party she was reportedly seen getting flirty with Booth. The pair hung out with a group of friends and took a series of photos together in the photo booth. 

A rep for Swift has since insisted "They are friends," according to MTV.

Booth is said to have split from girlfriend and Great Expectations co-star Vanessa Kirby a month ago. He spoke about falling in love in September.

"I've met some of the most beautiful women in the world, but they're not the most attractive women that I've met," he told People. "Beauty comes from inside ... I think it takes a little bit of getting to know someone to fall in love."  

Swift, who is up for five honors at the American Music Awards on Nov. 24, was recently in London for work. Source said she asked Styles to help her find a place to stay while in town.
