The Hart of Dixie drama in Bluebell is set to land one of its characters behind bars this season.

Claire from E! News' Spoiler Chat revealed the news in one of her latest columns.

"Prepare for one of the most epic mug shots in TV history. One of our Bluebell residents will be facing some time in the slammer, and it will cause all kinds of chaos. Seriously, everyone [at] the Rammer Jammer will be talking about this crime," she wrote.

As juicy as it sounds, it's not confirmed who will actually land in jail, how long they'll have to stay there or if they actually did anything wrong. What Claire did say is that "it involves boys, cars, and stolen property."

A mugshot and time in jail is not the only drama the boys in Bluebell will have to face this season.

Wade has drama of his own when it comes to wooing his ex-girlfriend Zoe Hart's cousin Vivian, who has an 8-year-old son that poses Wade a challenge.

"When he sees Vivian who is a real grown up, a mom, and mature, he's ready. He sees that as time to move on to that [from Zoe]," Executive Producer Leila Gerstein previously said.

For George, his drama comes when his relationship with Linley is tested when his ex-girlfriend Tansy comes back into the picture. For that plot line, Gerstein revealed, "We brought Tansy back to shake up Linley and George and Lavon. He promised Lavon he would do right by Linley, but then here comes the love of his life..."

Hart of Dixie returns to CW on Monday Jan. 13 at 8/7 p.m. Central.
