When Kelly Clarkson visited The Ellen DeGeneres show this week, she revealed that her pregnancy isn't going as smoothly as a woman would hope.

"I vomit a good dozen times a day," the singer, who is eleven weeks, said. "I'm not even kidding, it's so bad. It's so bad. It's, like, so gross."

The 31-year-old, who wore a long red gown to the show, went on to say the pregnancy hasn't changed her physical attributes for the better, the way many claimed it would.

"Everybody tells you you glow and your hair is pretty and your nails are pretty," she said. "That is total crap. My nails are short, my hair still falls out, it's not all lush and beautiful, and I have no glow, unless it's something left over from a bathroom trip. It's horrible."

She later announced her pregnancy via Twitter on Nov. 19 and wrote: "I'm pregnant!!! Brandon and I are so excited! Best early Christmas present ever."
