Several fans of The CW's Beauty and the Beast are surely pulling for Catherine (Kristin Kreuk) to move forward with her life past Vincent (Jay Ryan), who hasn't exactly made her it easy.

According to TVLine on Dec. 5, Catherine will be attempting to move on from Vincent and place more of her focus on herself.

"Before she can fall in love with anyone else, she's going to go on a journey of self-discovery to better understand who she is and what she wants out of life - without Vincent," stated the site.

To top off Cat's individual pursuit of happiness, she's apparently going to be taking a cooking class and will "heat some things" up with her attractive instructor.

Speaking of relationship dilemmas, executive producer Bran Kern recently spoke about J.T. (Austin Basis) and Tess's (Nina Lisandrello) relationship to TV Guide on Nov. 26.

"It's fun to bring those two characters together, yet it's a bit limiting to play another romance on the show ... I don't know how much legs we have for that. One thing that we're addressing is that when] friends get together, are they supposed to stay together? Or stay friends? Sometimes you cross the line and it's a good thing, and sometimes it's like, 'Let's go back to where we were,'" he explained.
