Bruce Jenner Plastic Surgery Procedures to Look Like a Woman? Transsexuals Speak Out Against His Alleged Transformation

Bruce Jenner has fueled rumors that he's trying to turn into a woman after his attempts at several plastic surgery procedures. 

Earlier this month, Bruce, who separated from his wife Kris Jenner reportedly met with a top Beverly Hills plastic surgeon about undergoing a laryngeal shave, which is a procedure done to smooth out the Adam's apple and generally only performed on men in the first stages of gender-reassignment surgery.

"Bruce is slowly letting his true self come out," a source told tabloid The National Enquirer. "His family has always accepted that he has a strong feminine side, but no one can comprehend how a man who's been married three times and fathered six kids could have been living a lie all these years."

"A laryngeal shave is part of the facial feminization procedure we perform on men who want to transgender into women," Phila­delphia-area plastic surgeon Dr. Sherman Leis, who has not treated Jenner, told the National Enquirer.

But according to Bruce, he insisted that he wasn't transitioning to a woman and simply didn't like his Adam's apple. He later cancelled the appointment.

However, Radar Online noted that Hollywood transexuals are speaking out against Bruce's "changes."

"That could be the step that Bruce is making. It's complicated, but it would be very surprising if it was just a final step for doing something about a feature he didn't like, and not the beginning of a slippery slope [to gender reassignment surgery]." a source said. 

Dr. Marci Bowers, the first transsexual woman to perform sex change operations herself said, "The real hallmark of being male is the presence of an Adam's apple. Someone choosing to have that reduced is pretty much making a statement that when they're going to be dressed as a woman, they're hoping to pass as a female in public."
