On the next episode of Grimm, Rosalee (Bree Turner) will finally meet up with her estranged mother and sister after seven years apart.

Rosalee will bring her boyfriend Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) home to meet her family in the next episode. It will be a difficult process for the Fuchsbau, who is on shaky ground with her family.

"It's called up a lot of stuff for me to work on, which was exciting - but also completely draining," Turner explained to TVLine this week.

"Most of [the meeting] takes place on this farm in Hillsboro, up here in Oregon, and it was just one giant, long, 16-hour day," Turner said, laughing. "By the end of it, we were like, 'Please, let's just go get beers!'"

Rosalee's past will finally be explored in great detail in the upcoming episode, including the truth about her troubled family life.

"You understand where I was for seven years, why did I leave, what was going on with me, why my family was estranged, why did I feel the need to turn to drugs and hiding out. All of those questions are answered," Turner teased.

The episode will be the first of three that concludes with Rosalee and Mornoe tying the knot. Turner speculated that the wedding will not be a fancy affair, as she does not picture Rosalee wanting to wear a "$15,000 gown."

Grimm airs Fridays at 9 p.m. on NBC.
