The upcoming 28th season of Survivor will feature brains, brawn and beauty competing against each other, with the brains tribe having several competitors who could win the game.

Many Survivor winners in the past have won the game using smarts, including John Cochran (Survivor: Caramoan), Yul Kwon (Survivor: Cook Islands) and the original winner, Richard Hatch (Survivor: Borneo). The six members of the brains tribe for the upcoming Survivor: Cagayan could have what it takes to join that elite club of winners.

The men of the brains tribe are diverse in age and occupation. Garrett Adelstein is a 27-year-old poker player from California while Spencer Bledsoe is a 21-year-old student from Illinois and David Samson is the 45-year-old president of the Miami Marlins.

In his CBS profile, Garrett said that he has devoted 2,000 hours in preparation for the game of Survivor while Spencer listed his ability in chess as good preparation for the game. David mentioned the fact that people underestimate his abilities as a reason for his potential success in the game.

The women on the brains tribe will likely be forces to be reckoned with as well. Kassandra "Kass" McQuillen is a 41-year-old attorney from California, J'Tia Taylor is a 31-year-old nuclear engineer and LaTasha "Tasha" Fox is a 37-year-old accountant from Missouri.

Kass thinks that her ability to be logical and patient will help her in Survivor. J'Tia believes her analytic skills will improve her chances of winning and Tasha said that her physicality and her positive attitude will help her thrive in the game.

Survivor: Cagayan premieres Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
