Youth, fame, and money aren't always the best combination, but there are those stars that handle it much more gracefully than Justin Bieber. Although she may get up to a few racy antics, the 21-year-old Cyrus has managed - for the most part - to avoid the various celebrity pitfalls that Bieber has so spectacularly tripped into.

"You got a lot of money, pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble," Cyrus counseled Bieber during her Thursday spot on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. "And party at your house. Buy a house and add a club to it."

In essence, the 19-year-old pop star needs a babysitter and far less time out in public.

"My fans put all these different people's mug shots up and they were like, 'I don't see a Miley mug shot yet," Cyrus said of her clean record, adding, "I'm not doing anything illegal, so that's alright...Everything I do is legal in California."

Following the success of last year's Bangerz album, Cyrus is currently preparing to head out on a world tour. On Wednesday, the singer appeared on MTV Unplugged with special guest Madonna.
