EURO 2012 Schedule: First Game is A Draw Between Poland and Greece [List]
For all those soccer fans out there, the exciting UEFA Euro 2012 kicked off today, with the first match played by Poland and Greece. The opening celebrations of the event, hosted by Poland and Ukraine saw mascots of the EURO 2012 run on the football field in Warsaw. The opening match between host-country Poland and Greece resulted in a 1-1 draw.
The game is on for Russia and Czech Republic. Russia is leading the game with two goals against Czech Republic's nil.
The Euro 2012 is the 14th European Championship for national football teams organized by UEFA (Union of European Football Associations). Tomorrow, we will see Netherlands against Denmark, followed by Germany vs Portugal.
