New True Blood series regular Amelia Rose Blaire recently discussed her character Willa and where she's headed in season 7.

True Blood To Feature Several "Complicated Three-Way, Four-Way Relationships"?

Blaire spoke with The Global Dispatch this week about her role in True Blood and where things will pick up for her in the show's final season. The actress said that Tara (Rutina Wesley) will be helping Willa greatly into season 7.

"At the end of season 6, Willa didn't really have anyone left. Her father had been killed, Eric has left, Pam has left and Tara is really her main anchor and the one who's teaching her how to be a vampire," Blaire explained.

She added that Willa "looks up to [Tara] and sees her as a mentor and a best friend and is very lucky to have her. If it wasn't for Tara I don't know what Willa would do."

Now that Blaire has been upgraded to series regular status, she will have the opportunity to work with "many members of the cast," which she said she is looking forward to.

While Blaire did not reveal too many plot details about season 7, she did tease that with the spreading of the deadly Hep V, it is going to be "brutal" in the new season.

True Blood season 7 premieres in summer 2014 on HBO, though a specific air date has not yet been scheduled by the network. However, one of the featured Google search results reveals that the premiere date is June 15, 2014. This has not been confirmed by HBO.
