According to new reports, Teresa and Joe Giudice made the decision to plead guilty and resolved a deal with the prosecutors in their impending fraud case.

Nancy Grace Says the Giudice's are Going to Jail! [VIDEO]

On Feb. 28, Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Joe and Teresa Giudice reached a deal with prosecutors on their 41 counts of bank fraud, according to a source close to the case.

Reportedly, the couple will appear in a Newark, N.J. court to plead guilty to several of the 41 charges they were indicted on last year. NorthJersey reports that this way, Teresa would only face less than two years in prison, as her husband Joe would face a smaller three-year sentence than the possible double digit conviction he withstood, if found guilty on all charges.

The Giudice's were originally due to go to trial on April 14, however it seems that this new deal is coming about because there is no other way for the two to avoid a large deal of jail time. As Enstars reported, HLN host Nancy Grace recently told Wendy Williams, "They are definitely going to jail."

Teresa Giudice is Business As Usual Amid Trial

According to the source who revealed the new details to NorthJersey, the couple will have to face their charges as "a packaged deal." The couple filed a motion in February to be tried separately, with some speculating that Joe would take the fall for all charges. However, under the new terms of the deal, Joe "could not plead without the other," said the anonymous source.

Neither Bravo nor the U.S. Attorney's Office have issued a statement or offered commentary at this time.

In the meantime, Joe and Teresa are busy promoting Teresa's new line of Fabellini wines at local wine stores in the Tristate area. A fan tweeted this picture of the couple on March 1.
