Sons of Anarchy season 7 is still months away, but showrunner Kurt Sutter and his fellow producers are busy getting things in order.

Marilyn Manson Getting Involved With Sons of Anarchy?

The latest episode of Sutter's YouTube video series "WTF Sutter" features a breakdown of which cast members would be returning for season 7 in addition to a tease about what they won't be doing as a storyline.

The two-part episode of "WTF Sutter" includes the show's writers revealing that CCH Pounder will be back as Tyne Patterson, Peter Weller as Charles Barosky and Jimmy Smits as Nero Padilla.

As for the final season's plot, Sutter said that they were going to avoid one of the bigger story lines that has been used multiple times on Sons of Anarchy.

"We're trying to avoid the new sheriff in town device because we've kinda used it," Sutter said.

As the final season of Sons of Anarchy draws near, Sutter and the cast will soon be looking for other work. However, Sutter recently tweeted about an entertaining dream he had that may have prompted a new project.

"fell asleep at my macbook. seriously had a dream we turned SOA into a broadway musical. operatic & epic. can we please make that happen," he tweeted recently.

Sons of Anarchy is often compared to a Shakespearean tragedy, so the idea of a stage musical adaptation could be a surprisingly doable project.

Sons of Anarchy season 7 premieres in fall 2014 on FX, though the network has not yet revealed the specific premiere date.
