In the Keeping Up With the Kardashians midseason finale, fans will get an even closer look at Khloe Kardashian's struggle to end her marriage with Lamar Odom and her family's attempt to help her cope.

Khloe Tears Up When Reporter Asks About Lamar 

In a teaser Kardashian's face is covered with tears as her mom, Kris Jenner, reminds her, "Nobody knows what you've been going through. All they know is what they read or see."

Kardashians older sister, Kim, also offered words of support and let Khloe know there is no more she can do about the route her estranged husband has chosen to take.

"We all love Lamar so much. But he's choosing this other life over the life you've given him. You don't deserve this," Kim said.

Khloe then asks, "So what have I been fighting for?"

While Khloe is having trouble breaking away from Odom, her brother, Rob Kardashian, is suffering a health scare. In a second sneak peek Kris acknowledges that his "liver is shutting down."

Rob, who has been struggling with losing weight, confessed he did not realize just how bad his health issues were.

"It is a shock to me because at one point I'm super healthy. I'm 26-years-old. But now I'm at my worst and I have serious health issues; numbers that are just crazy and freaking my whole family out," he said.

He's definitely scaring his mom who broke the news that his health issues could end his life.

"This is life threatening at this point. You can only sustain this level of being unhealthy for so long," she said.

Rob added that his father, Rob Kardashian, Sr. died "super early" and he doesn't want to put his sisters through that again.
