Miley Cyrus took to Twitter to deliver her rebuttal for Katy Perry's diss about their kiss last month.

The Wrecking Ball singer took a jab at Perry's recent break-up with John Mayer to get back at her for making recent comments about not being in complete agreement with what went down between the two divas during Cyrus' concert in Los Angeles as part of her Bangerz tour. Cyrus got off stage and reached out to Perry who was in the audience. As Cyrus leaned in for a kiss, in a quick touch and go, Perry leapt back in shock and turned around. Cyrus also expressed mock surprise at Perry's reaction.

In an Australian morning show interview after the event, Perry spoke about the whole affair suggesting that she was caught completely unawares.

"I just walked up to her to give her like a friendly girly kiss, you know, as girls do," said Perry. But the Roar singer admitted that while she was fine for a peck, as she realized Cyrus was going for more, causing her to back away..

"Then she like tried to move her head and go deeper and I pulled away. God knows where that tongue has been! We don't know! That tongue is so infamous!" she said.

Now Cyrus went on Twitter and delivered her playful comeback, dragging Perry's ex, Mayer, into the banter:

"Girl if ur worried abt where tongues have been good thing ur ex boo is ur EX BOO cause we ALL know where THAT been."

Before that Cyrus actually teased Perry about the kiss, posting an illustration of their lip-lock and suggesting Perry was being coy by not admitting to the fact that she actually enjoyed it.

"Dontchyouuuu act like you didn't lurvvvvv it @katyperry," she wrote.
