The synopsis for an upcoming episode titled "Page Not Found," reveals that Delilah will also seek assistance from McGee and his team.

"After returning to her job at the Department of Defense, McGee's girlfriend Delilah finds a break in a controversial case, prompting her to turn to the NCIS team for help," the summary reads. "Meanwhile, McGee talks to DiNozzo about whether he should ask Delilah to move in."

NCIS To Return For Season 12

The relationship between McGee and Delilah hasn't been an easy one. In a January episode, McGee's new girlfriend was affected by a bomb that exploded at a gala, as the team searched arduously for terrorist Benham Parsa. Delilah later had to undergo two surgeries in order to save her life.

In an emotional moment, McGee admitted to Leroy Jethro Gibbs that he wasn't sure how to speak to Delilah after the devastating incident, which left her paralyzed. Gibbs offered McGee some advice and said that honesty was the best policy. Despite his uncertainty at the time, McGee decided to stay with his lady.

The show's executive producer, Gary Glasberg, previously spoke about the relationship between the two and said it was an aspect of season 11 he was particularly looking forward to.

"That's a relationship that we're having some fun with, and we've got some plans in store," he told Entertainment Weekly last October. "I'm excited about it, actually."
