In "Resident Evil," Stefan and Elena begin to have romantic visions of each other. These dream-type moments include a lot of flirting, kissing and even kids.

This is quite awkward for Damon, who recently reunited with Elena. He tells her, "So, having sex dreams about my brother, huh?"

"That's one way to change the topic," Elena replies with sarcasm.

Paul Wesley, who plays Stefan on the show, recently revealed that his character has "made peace" with Damon and Elena's current relationship, but it doesn't mean he's completely cut his ex-love out of the equation.

"There are always residual feelings with anyone that you're ever with romantically," he told TVLine.

Yet, Damon and Elena have heated up again after she confessed her love for him in a recent episode.

"They have to put on their big-boy pants and big-girl pants," Ian Somerhalder, who plays Damon, said about their characters at the 2014 PaleyFest Panel last weekend.

Nina Dobrev, aka Elena, added: "The problem is they keep taking their pants off and that keeps getting in the way of things."

"Resident Evil" airs on Thursday, April 17 at 8 p.m. ET on the CW.
