Last night Oprah Winfrey aired the second of her two-part series interview with the stars of the hit reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." It was no surprise the media queen would jump on the Kardashian publicity bandwagon in a move to help boost ratings to her struggling OWN cable television network. And it was wise on Winfrey's part to open with Kim, the lead star of the hit show to discuss her relationship with current boyfriend, rapper Kanye West.

Winfrey asked if the relationship was a publicity stunt and Kim denied it by stating "It's your heart you're playing with. I couldn't sacrifice my heart for a publicity stunt."

Kim described their relationship as 'comforting' and addressed the rumor if she bought him a $750,000 car for his birthday earlier this month. She paused before admitting she did indeed buy West a Lamborghini and surprised him with the news in Ireland, while he was on a stop on his current music tour with Jay-Z.

To explain how they jumped ship from platonic friends Kim smiled while sharing she and West met a decade ago, they became friends 6 or 7 years ago and that there was "always an attraction" but they never acted on it out of respect for their relationships at the time.

"I don't know why it took us so long to get together... I think we've always had an attraction to each other but we've always been in other relationships or it wasn't the right timing. And one day it just happened. It took me by surprise," she explained.

As for questions about her stunning good looks, Winfrey also asked Kim if she considered herself "beautiful," she replied: "I hate to talk about myself like that. I'm so critical. But I do feel pretty."

Kim then admitted it takes a a lot of work to achieve her flawless image, "It is a job. Gym everyday. I've lasered everything."

In a surprise twist, the beautiful brunette shocked Oprah when she stated that if her celebrity dwindled all would "well with her soul."
