It looks like pop star Katy Perry may have moved on from her ex John Mayer with someone she's been good friends and work buddies with for a long time.

On Monday, Radar Online reported that the I Kissed a Girl star was supposedly flirting with her long-time pal and producing partner, Diplo. According to the site, the DJ "was hanging out with Katy pretty much the whole night" at the Jeremy Scott and Adidas party in Palm Springs last weekend.

"They've been friends forever," an insider told the site.

"It definitely looked like more than that!" the source continued. "At one point he even had his arms around her."

While this part may appear to be harmless, the site also mentioned that at one point a girl was taking a bunch of pictures with Diplo and hanging all over him, which the Unconditionally singer was not happy about.

"Katy had the girl thrown out!" the source said. "She was yelling and kind of upset about it. the girl didn't have a wristband and was a total sloppy party crasher, but still, it was kind of surprising."

There was a recent report from People that the pop star was doing really well after her split from Mayer. Perry is reportedly focusing on her tour and doing her best to live her single life.

"She is happy being single. I don't see her getting into another relationship for a very long time," an insider said. "Why would she? She has a fantastic career, a ton of friends and is generally happy with things. She thinks that a relationship will complicate things right now."
