One of Grey's Anatomy's favorite couples, Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw), has decided to have a baby! But, which woman will be the one to get pregnant?

In a sneak peek for Thursday's episode titled "Go It Alone," the couple will flip a coin to determine who will be the one to carry the child.

"You don't think this is silly?" Callie asks Arizona. "Cause we are not picking a movie or takeout, this is a bigger deal."

Arizona responds, "I mean flipping a coin, feels right. It feels decisive."

Heads would mean that Callie would be the one to become pregnant with their child and tails would give Arizona the responsibility. The women agree that there's no turning back after the coin is flipped. The sneak peek ends at the moment the coin is about to be flipped.

The couple has certainly come a long way since Arizona's infidelity. Jessica Capshaw, who plays Arizona on the ABC show, previously spoke with TVLine and hinted that the couple would soon be trying to make the relationship work.

"It's the, 'If you build it, they will come' mentality. It's the absolute wish fulfillment. It's like, let's paint a picture of where we would be really happy and then let's hope we go there and then get really happy,'" she said. "They are making their way... But it's not uncomplicated."
