Heartbreak and hospitalization trail Tori Spelling, 40, as the reality star spent the last six days in the hospital amid her marital cheating woes. Husband Dean McDermott, 47, was with her every step of the way.

Tori Spelling's Husband Dean McDermott Cheated On Her?

Spelling headed home on Saturday with a pink hospital band on her wrist, while her husband helped into a waiting SUV, according to E! Online on Sunday.

"[McDermott] would arrive by 10 a.m. and didn't leave until 8 most nights. He seemed very stressed out and worried," a source told E! News. ''He would bring food and often only left Tori to go outside to catch some air or make a phone call.''

The observer revealed that McDermott would stay 10 hours a day with his wife. This is amidst the cheating scandal that dogs the pair.

"He cheated on me. One of my worst fears came true," she told Us Weekly. "On some level I never thought it would really happen."

Ironically, the couple first got together while in their own cheating scandal with their spouses. Both were married to other people when they started their relationship. But Spelling never thought cheating would boom-a-rang back on her. Now, a shocked Spelling finds out that McDermott had a two-day affair with 28-year-old Emily Goodhand on a trip to Toronto in December 2013. McDermott is a self-proclaimed sex addict, who was released from rehab for his addiction earlier this year. Despite the "fake cheating" rumors, the scandal was not conjured up for the cameras of Spelling's reality show, True Tori. It was real.

"Throughout my life, the tabloids have told every story you could imagine - and they always got it wrong," she wrote on her blog. "I needed the chance to tell my own story. At the moment, I don't know if it will have a happy ending. But I need to get my voice back, and this is my way of doing that."

Seplling will be sharing the details on her reality show, which premiered April 22 on Lifetime. She writes:

"I wanted to take a moment to address what's been going on in my life over the last several months. Our family has been going through an incredibly difficult and trying time, and the story of what I've been going through has been told by everyone except for me. So, it's time for me to set the record straight."

Despite her heartbreak, Spelling has not divorced McDermott because "there are children involved." They have four kids: Liam, 7, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 20 months. "For their sakes, I need to try to figure this out."

The couple of eight years are in the beginning stages of therapy, although the trust in their relationship is definitely broken.

"You don't stop loving someone because they do something really bad to you," she explains. "He was my soul mate, but he completely broke my heart. It makes you not trust anything that's happened in your relationship. But until I figure it out, I don't want my kids to know any different." She added, "I owe this relationship more than just saying something horrible happened and dismissing it. I need to figure out if he can change."
