Teresa Giudice took a break from her legal woes to hit show off her bikini body at a beach over memorial Day weekend before she is sentenced for fraud.

She andd her husband, Joe, are facing jail time after pleading guilty to nine counts of mail, wire, bank and bankruptcy fraud, were spotted at Long Beach. Teresa rocked a black bikini with gold trimming on the bottoms and extra gold detail on the top.

She held on tight to her iPhone and completed her look with a silver cross necklace and two silver bracelets.

She was spotted giving her daughters snacks that included bagels while one laid out to get a tan. In another picture it looked like the crew was getting ready to leave as Teresa put on a sun hat with a dark grey coverup sun dress. Joe added a baseball cap with his floral printed swimming trunks.

Teresa is facing up to 27 months in jail while her husband is looking at up to 46 months. It is also likely that he will get deported back to Italy after serving his time. So far the couple has had good news concerning their legal issues. An unrelated mortgage fraud case has been thrown out; meaning Joe will not have to pay $260,000 for an alleged mortgage scheme dating back to 2007.

However, when it comes to the family's financial state, it's said to be dwindling. Sources say Teresa is 'terrified' she'll have to sell her home.

One said, "Her book sales have been very low, and Teresa hasn't been offered any gigs for paid promotional appearances either."

The couple is scheduled to be sentenced on July 8.
