Fans of both Once Upon a Time and Frozen will be pleased to learn that the ABC series will be featuring more characters from the animated film after the Elsa tease in the Season 3 finale.

Elsa Receiving A New 'Twist' In Once Upon a Time Season 4?

Season 4 of Once Upon a Time will be taking full advantage of the Frozen craze as not one but three characters from the film will be showing up, according to a Saturday report by TVLine. In addition to featuring Queen Elsa, Season 4 will also introduce Anna and Kristoff in smaller roles.

Elsa is set to appear in "approximately nine episodes," in Season 4, according to TVLine, while Anna and Kristoff will appear in slightly less.

Fans got a tease of Queen Elsa in the final moments of the show's third season finale, and while she was only shown from the back, her blue dress and blonde braid were enough confirmation for Frozen fans to go nuts.

TVLine also has ABC's descriptions for the three characters, and while the descriptions for Elsa and Anna do not have anything specific to Once Upon a Time, the Kristoff description features a tease for what will likely be a humorous introduction.

According to the description, the introduction of Kristoff sees the character adapting to his new life at the castle, which includes adjusting to sleeping indoors, a first for him.

Once Upon a Time Season 4 premieres in fall 2014 on ABC, though the network has not yet announced a specific premiere date. It will be returning to its regular Sundays at 8 p.m. timeslot.
