There's new speculation that actor Eddie Cibrian is only staying with his country star wife LeAnn Rimes because he is "financially desperate." The television star, who hasn't had a major role or contract for several years now, is said to be staying with Rimes only because he has no other source of income at the moment.

Cibrian has mostly stayed out of his wife's Twitter feuds with his ex-wife and the mother of his two children, Brandi Glanville, but there is a possibility that he might have realized that their upcoming reality television show is the only way he'll be able to make any money as his television offers have been rather dry lately.

Meanwhile, Rimes has posted a new family photo of her with Cibrian along with his two sons, Mason and Jake, for Father's Day. The former chart topper tweeted, "Happy Father's Day from the Cibs!" along with a photo of their blended family enjoying their day out on a boat.

The couple's highly-anticipated reality show, which features the two of them bashing Glanville numerous times, is said to be their latest desperate attempt to stay in the headlines for the sake of their careers. In a teaser clip, Cibrian says, "We were both married to other people when we fell in love. Was it the best way to start off? Of course not, but it happened."

"No, who we really are is a couple who are in love. We are all trying to navigate this blended family which is highly publicized," he added.

Their show, Leann and Eddie, debuts July 17th on VH1.
