After Thursday Night Football ends, The Big Bang Theory will move back to its regular Thursdays at 8 p.m. timeslot on Thursday, Oct. 30, where it will presumably remain for the rest of the 2014-2015 TV season.

Other series will be having their premieres right after The Big Bang Theory's return to Thursday, including The Millers, Two and a Half Men, Elementary and the series premiere of The McCarthys.

Season 8 of The Big Bang Theory will likely be a big change for the show's characters as Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting) are now engaged to be married. After the engaged couple dropped the news on Sheldon (Jim Parsons) that Leonard would be moving out of the apartment, Sheldon contemplating leaving Pasadena entirely and hopping on a train.

While it seems likely that Sheldon will be back in the apartment very soon, the dynamic of the sitcom could change significantly with Leonard no longer rooming with him.
