Los Angeles based model and internet personality Kourtney Reppert was recently the victim of cyberstalking and is now addressing the issue by speaking out and joining forces with former Miss USA Chelsea Cooley.

The duo joined forces and created a website (www.kourtneyandchesleacare.com) and hotline with the goal of combatting bullying, stalkers and abusers.

The easy on the eyes 26-year-old Reppert has gained online notoriety via previously posting several semi-nude shots of herself while also offering life advice.

To date, she has gained the attention of 200,000 plus Facebook friends and continues to heat up the web; but much like the saying goes "be careful what you wish for because you just might get it." Though what she got was not the attention she was seeking out. It came in the form of 47 year-old madman Luis Plascencia.

In one chilling threat to the blonde beauty, the since incarcerated internet psychopath wrote "I'm going to stab you in the f-ing heart and cut your f-ing head off. I will kill your parents, cut them to pieces with a handsaw, do you f-ing understand me? Don't f- with me or make me mad."

In another equally devious post, the mentally deranged Plascencia also wrote "I hope you die in an automobile accident and crush your ugly face through the windshield and a large piece of glass cuts your throat."

To top it off, Reppert also claims that the stalker demanded that she delete all of her social media accounts and immediately move back to her home in Pennsylvania.

"He changed the way I view people. I don't ever want to go out. I don't even want to work because I'm so petrified," says Reppert.

"A random threat on the internet is something we've all experienced, but this was a specific targeting with death threats to a victim and the family," stated FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller.

All experienced? I beg to differ. However, I am not blonde with curves. Going forward, bullying and stalking has become more of a serious issue that needs to be addressed. With technology on the rise and the social networking boom in full effect, the government clearly has its work cut out for them.
