The NBA Summer League 2012 has launched Saturday, starting with an intriguing match up between Memphis vs. New York.

Many claim the NBS Summer League is stacked full of passion with players fighting for jobs, and up and coming stars playing to make their breakthrough performance. This year should be no different.

There are a huge number of exciting match ups, meaning that even though the Summer League is an exhibition, at heart there is a lot more going on and more than enough to get NBA fans' hearts pumping.

On Saturday, July 14 one particularly exiting match up is Los Angeles Lakers vs. Sacramento Kings. This promises to be a game with numerous players pushing to catch the eye, as well as a host of others fighting it out for the limited roster places.

Later on in the week on Monday, July 16 there will also be another exciting match up between New Orleans Hornets vs. Milwaukee Bucks. Milwaukee boasts a pretty solid lineup whereas New Orleans is being led by Austin Rivers.
